Google is said to have used a technology called IPoP for the Pixel 7a. For the Tensor G2 SoC in Pixel 7, the company reportedly used a more advanced technology called FOPLP-PoP.

The move is being undertaken to so that Facebook can remove or restrict access to content, services or information if they determine that by doing so they can "avoid or mitigate adverse legal or regulatory impacts to Facebook."
